You can send and receive email no matter where you are once you’re set up for email. However, the email is not used anymore. One way is to delete email addresses that you no longer need.

Click  Setup Internet E-mail Icon

Click on E-mail Accounts

Click on the email address you want to delete user@email.com link

Select the Delete link
